  1. Order Processing: Our team processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders placed before 12 PM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to choose from, including standard ground delivery and expedited shipping. The shipping method and cost will be displayed at checkout, based on the shipping address and the weight of the order.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and the selected shipping method. Standard ground delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, while expedited shipping options may deliver the order faster. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.

  5. Shipping Address: Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges of $3.50 to reship the order. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address before placing your order to avoid any additional shipping charges.
